The past two weeks, we've shared the couple of posts in our Fall 2014 Cocktail Series that we staged and shot at local restaurant Nubar. So far, you've seen a Classic Manhattan served in a Simon Pearce Geo glass, and the Nubar Rouge signature cocktail served in an iittala Essence Cocktail Bowl.
Today we've got recipe number three, another classic - and a sure favorite of mine - the gimlet. Much like with the Manhattan, we served up this Basil Lime Gimlet in a traditional Schott Zwiesel Basic Bar Martini Glass, just as it should be.
At Nubar, they make their gimlet with Triple 8 Gale Force Gin, Fresh Basil, and Fresh Lime Juice. Easy as that!
