The Perfect Ice Cube
I have to mention these fantastic silicone ice cube trays from Tovolo. They are so easy to use, the ice cubes pop out effortlessly, and the mold creates a lovely, pristine cube of ice (there is a king sized mold, too). Definitely a summer must-have.
These ice cubes are especially picturesque if you add a little something before freezing. Herbs and fruit are great additions (think: mint, raspberries, strawberries, cilantro, blueberries), and make a tasty garnish for any beverage. A beautiful glass doesn't hurt, either.
