Weekly Table Setting: Apples and Spice

Now that the cooler weather has settled in to stay, our minds have drifted to all things fall. Crisp apples and warm spices dominate the seasons recipes, showcasing nature's bounty with warm, spicy flavors. It's only natural that our table setting should reflect what's happening all around us - in the apple orchards, and on our kitchen counters. Fall is embodied in this setting - right down to the tiniest details.

The primary theme is derived from two collections, the iittala Taika collection, and the Heath Ceramics Coupe collection. With warm colors of red and brown contrasted against a stark white, it makes the details pop and the color seem all the more vibrant. The setting is topped off with a bowl of bright red apples, and a bundle of cinnamon sticks.
