Laura’s Spinach, Orange, Goat Cheese, & Bacon Salad

In keeping with the "Salad Days" theme, Laura made several salads, adding unexpected presentations and flavors to take salad from boring and only-cause-it's-good-for-you to I-can't-believe-this-is-salad. I really can't believe this is salad!
