By Hairee Lee With the recent stretch of heat & humidity we've had in Boston, we decided to keep Dinner 4, cool. For some lighter summer fare, Laura paired a cool tomato gazpacho with a refreshing, citrusy ceviche, a hearty niçoise salad with salmon, icy Italian pizzelle ice cream sandwiches, and sweet margarita martinis.
