Alice Waters the founder of the restaurant Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California has long been considered the mother of the slow food movement. Ms. Waters passion for organic, locally grown food is contagious and her ideas are slowly making their way into mainstream America. In this video 60 Minute's Leslie Saul interviews Alice Waters and we get to hear first hand what drives this food revolutionary.
