Summer Lunch in Style

Looking for an easy meal for summer picnics and intimate lunches. This adaptation from Edible Boston’s Cheddar, Chutney and Ham Sandwich with Arugula recipe is super simple, easy and delicious! Leave out the ham to make it vegetarian or substitute the Ham and Cheddar cheese with a local smoked Tofu or Tempeh for a vegan option.

We made some delicious sandwiches using a recipe adapted from our friends at Edible Boston, you can find the adaptation on our Local Root blog. We used this recipe to create this beautiful spread along with some of our favorite summer picks from Didriks and Local Root. This recipe is perfect for a picnic or to be shared at home for a quick and easy meal.
