Oprah's O Magazine features Compendio Knives by Berti

Oprah's O magazine featured the set of 3 sleek Berti Compendio knives as a Kitchen Essential. We couldn't agree more, of course. The Compendio offers a modern take on the classic Berti knives, with the same hand made bullet-grind edge. That is, the blade has a rounded profile and tapers into a sharp edge. This grind type keeps much of the metal behind the edge, making the edge stronger and keeping the sharpness longer.
