Weekly Table Setting: Grey Silex Reintroduced
After a brief hiatus last week, Alex is back with this week's table setting! Today's post needs no introduction, so with that, I'll let Alex tell you a bit about it...
I've been thinking a lot about the upcoming months: color, color and more color! I can't wait for signs of spring, but with a few months to go I tried to showcase the colors I enjoy in our current season.
This week's inspiration comes from saturated blues showcased with a pop of creamy white.
The most exciting thing was working with Jars' revived glaze color Grey Silex. Just like all of their finishes, you're able to see the movement of pigment as it swirls and drips towards the center. It's a great way to add a little interest to any table setting.
