For our fifth dinner series, we sought out Chef Robert Harris of Season to Taste Catering (Best of Boston 2010) to prepare a delicious fall gourmet meal and set a gorgeous harvest table of Match Pewter, Simon Pearce glassware, and Libeco Home Belgian linen in the showroom of European Country Antiques. Packed with beautiful furniture from the countrysides of England, France, and Ireland; the Observatory Hill antique shop (that's a friendly neighbor of Didriks) provided a charming, rustic setting for the dinner party. The rich antique textures of their pine cupboards and farm tables dovetailed perfectly with the dull luster of the Match Pewter tableware and the sober candor of the heavy Belgian table linen. Do visit our Flickr for photos of the evening. More to follow!
