Earlier this week, The Dinner Series attended Taste of Cambridge, an event here in Cambridge Massachusetts where local restaurants assembled at the Charles Hotel to serve up selections from their menus; everything from 5-Alarm Jello Shots to Flatbread with Romesco Sauce. We had VIP tickets that gained us admission to a cocktail area where four local bars mixed up Grey Goose vodka cocktails. Tavern in the Square poured Watermelon Basil Coolers (Grey Goose Le Citron, watermelon purée, basil simple syrup, and sour mix) and Grendel's Den poured Royal Screws (a sugar cube, orange juice, orange bitters, champagne, and an orange twist).
