It's official! The warm weather is finally here! Thanks to mother nature, I got a taste of a local farmer's market, for the first time this year! Walking through the endless booths of fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs was a feast for my eyes and nose. While there is nothing better than the pungent aromas of fresh produce, I have an equal appreciation for the vibrant color palette found at markets like this one.
What better way to welcome summer, than with a table setting inspired by food itself!
In this table setting I've combined highly saturated, yet organic colors, resulting in a vibrant, fun table. The napkins remind me of plump, juicy raspberries just plucked from the bush. The terracotta salad and dinner plate are reminiscent of ripe citrus, and the green accents scream freshly squeezed lime!
I can't think of a better table to sit down at on a warm, sunny afternoon like this one!
