Design Home Review: Boy's Room

Today we've got another room to showcase from the Boston Magazine Design Home 2012 - the baseball-themed boys room. To this we contributed bed linens and pillows exclusively, which were paired with some lovely cherry furniture and stylish rugs. The room had lots of light and plenty of greenery - what I imagine would be a young boy's dream!

We had plenty of pillow accents around the room, from our Libeco Home Napoli Vintage collection. We chose them in both mink and navy to keep with the red and blue theme.

The bed was simply dressed, with a Brahms Mount Natural Cotton Rib Blanket and a Brahms Mount Calendar Island Day Blanket in Pearl. It, too, featured the Libeco Home Napoli Vintage Linen Pillow Covers in mink and navy, which contributed more color to the space, and of course paid tribute to our home team (the Boston Red Sox!)

A Libeco Home Antibes Ticking Linen Duvet Cover in navy was folded up and at the ready across the foot of the bed, and matching Libeco Home Antibes Ticking Linen Pillow Shams in navy and old red sat at the head of the bed. Though we mixed materials with linen and cotton, the colors and textures worked beautifully together, and created a bed that quietly called for you to tuck in and stay a while.
